Dear Doctor Shah,
I would like to thank you for giving me back my quality of life with the wonderful job that you and your staff have given me. I now can eat whatever I wish with my implants without the worry of dentures.
Not only are you a good dentist but you and your staff are so friendly and put me at ease as well as being very professional. It was well worth the journey from Braintree to Clacton as you also made it convenient for me working unsociable hours. Once again thank you very much.
Dear Mr. Shah,
For years I had suffered through tooth decay and gum disorders, resulting in fillings, extractions and countless courses of antibiotics to treat the many infections. I had denture plates fitted to fill the many gaps but found these to be less than suitable and of course they had to be remade each time another tooth was extracted.
In May 2009 I decided enough was enough as I was not prepared to suffer the pain of toothache again! I went to see Mr. Ramesh Shah of Dental Implant Academy in St. Osyth Road, Clacton to discuss the options
available to me. During the consultation Mr. Shah was most helpful and reassuring; he explaining in detail what could be done, the procedures involved, time frame and cost.
After being given a week to think it over I decided to go ahead and have implants fitted, I was advised the process would take about 6 months in total. At the first session all my remain top set of teeth were extracted and implants were fitted. This process took about 2 hours and was relatively painless with only minor discomfort from my mouth being open for so long. During the whole procedure Mr. Shah and his two dental nurses were most attentive and reassuring. Following the fitting of the implants temporary dentures were fitted and I was sent home.
In the following weeks I attended the surgery on a number occasions to have some bridge work done on the lower set of teeth and to have moulds taken for the new teeth. At each stage of the process Mr. Shah ensured that the gums were healing well and that I was not experiencing any pain or discomfort. I was kept fully informed of progress in terms of went my new teeth would be ready for fitting; on the Saturday 9th January 2010 the day had arrived. The temporary dentures were removed and my new teeth fitted,
the whole procedures was over in one painless hour.
I was so excited that after 6 months I now had my new teeth and could smile broadly again, the process of getting used to theis has now begun. I am due to go back to see Mr. Shah in 3 weeks to check that everything is ok, but feel confident that it will be. Mr. Shah and his team were most professional and caring throughout the whole process and I would have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Shah to anyone else thinking of having this dental work done. I am even thinking of having my lower set done at sometime in the future.
I would like to thank Mr. Shah and his whole team for the excellent attentive care and reassurance given throughout and the great new teeth.
Well, I would like to say a big thank you to Doctor Shah at Clacton Dental and Implant Surgery. It has been three years since he did my full upper implants and some lower implant treatment . It is wonderful to go out for an evening meal with my wife and friends, without the trauma of having to use dental glue and pads to hold my old denture in place while I try to enjoy a meal. The staff at Clacton Implant Surgery from the receptionists to the nurses make a welcome and relaxed atmosphere. My last visit to the surgery was to see the hygienist which I thought would be a dreadful experience but the hygienist was wonderful! It was a pleasure to go to there and not to pull me about. My life was in traumas before meeting Doctor Shah and having implants. BEST THING I EVER DID!
So once again I would like to say thank you Doctor Shah for giving me back my smile and quality of life.
Mr Charles Youles,
